Adaverc

A blockchain-based verification platform that ensures immutable proof of form response integrity using Cardano smart contracts. The project consists of a Google Forms add-on that automatically generates cryptographic hashes of form responses and an external application that stores these hashes on the Cardano blockchain using an Aiken smart contract.

By leveraging Cardano's metadata storage and a privacy-preserving architecture where only hashes—not actual data—leave Google's infrastructure, Adaverc provides researchers, organizations, and form creators with cryptographic proof that their collected data hasn't been tampered with.

The platform addresses critical needs in data integrity verification, particularly for research institutions, survey organizations, and any entity that requires tamper-proof evidence of data collection and storage.
